Kirsten Hurley is Market Development Coordinator for Francis Tuttle’s Center for Municipal Excellence. The CME helps Oklahoma cities save money by training their public works employees how to safely and efficiently perform their jobs. Kirsten also serves as Site Coordinator for Francis Tuttle’s Edmond campus, the Business Innovation Center, and facilitates strategic planning and other related training for Francis Tuttle client organizations.

Kirsten graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial psychology from Oklahoma State University and completed post-graduate courses at the University of Central Oklahoma. After college, she worked in operations management and licensee services for a national franchise organization. She then sold residential real estate for 13 years before going to work for Francis Tuttle, and holds an Oklahoma real estate license. She is a graduate of Leadership Francis Tuttle and an alumna of Leadership Edmond, where she currently serves on the Steering Committee. She was a member of the Oklahoma Municipal League’s Citizens Leadership Academy; is a completer of the Francis Tuttle Business and Industry Certification program; and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Literacy Center.
