Richard Stark

Richard Stark is the industrial coordinator for the Aviation Sheet Metal Program. He interacts with local aerospace companies and military branches in developing skills-based training programs that result in a solid workforce from which industry can hire employees.

Richard holds a master’s degree in aviation safety and management from the University of Central Missouri, and a bachelor’s degree in aviation sciences from the College of the Ozarks. He also has an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License, along with an Instrument/Commercial Pilot’s License. Prior to joining Francis Tuttle, Richard spent 30 years in aerospace manufacturing, maintenance repair and overhaul facilities, customized training and implementation in the Missouri Community College System, and as a manufacturing training and consulting company business owner. As such, Richard is a certified instructor with Zenger Miller, Achieve Global, and DDI. He also is an approved OSHA trainer in general industry and construction. He has earned American Society for Quality certification in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor with Stat-A-Matrix, and has facilitated American Production and Inventory Control Society Certified Production and Inventory Manager Training.
