The events of September 11, 2001 changed America's outlook on law enforcement and, as a result, has provided more opportunities for employment in the criminal justice field. In this program you will learn tactical and interpersonal communications skills; police officer functions and fundamentals; traffic management and traffic investigation; criminal law, investigation and procedure; forensic science; response to bio terrorism; and fire arm safety. Upon completion of the program, you will be qualified to take the exam for the Oklahoma State Unarmed Security Guard License.
