$10.00 to $13.00 per hour
Program Length
Part-time: 25 months of instruction (daytime only)
Full-time daytime: 13 months of instruction
Full-time evening: 16 months of instruction


Program length may vary based on progress rate and/or summer school attendance.

LOCATION
Reno Campus, Kay Martin Center
Rockwell Campus, Campus Center Building, FT Salon Entrance
TIMES
Daytime classes available at the Rockwell campus only.
2 sessions, Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 10:55 am and 12:30 pm - 3:25 pm
Full-time adults enroll in both sessions.
Evening classes are available at the Reno or Rockwell campus, but are available to full-time adults only.
Monday - Thursday, 3:45 pm -10:00 pm
Licensure/Certifications
Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology Basic Cosmetologist Licensure
Entrance Requirements
Social security number is not required on the initial application, but is required to obtain a cosmetology license from the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology.
Before beginning classes, students must provide the following: Birth Certificate, High school transcript, 2x3-inch face photo less than one year old, Cashier's check ($5.00) payable to the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology

In-State Tuition - $3,300.00
Out-of-State Tuition - $6,600.00
Application fee (non-refundable) - $15.00

Black Shoes (leather or plastic, full coverage) - $30.00
Reno Campus Only: Uniform - $52.00 to $58.00 (depending on size)
Rockwell Campus Only: Smock - $22.00; Black uniform style pants - $15.00 to $20.00; White, colarless, round neck T-shirt - $15.00

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION COSTS
Francis Tuttle will pay the State Board Exam Registration Fee ($35.00) and the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology Basic Cosmetologist License Fee ($25.00) after the student obtains a passing score on the state licensure test. The student will be responsible for the $5.00 State Board Registration Fee.
