In Network Technology you will learn to install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems and application software on a variety of stand-alone and networked computers. You will also have the opportunity to install, configure and manage your own Microsoft servers and virtual machines and design a Microsoft network infrastructure. Each course is designed to prepare you for a specific industry certification exam. Examples of these certifications include CompTIA's A+, Network+, and Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP),and C-Tech's Network Cabling Specialist - Copper.
