Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician

Tuition and Expenses

A $15.00 non-refundable application fee is required for completion of an adult application for admission to a career training program at Francis Tuttle.


Tuition for full-time students is $2,250.00 (In-State) and $4,500.00 (Out-of-State) per year.

Tuition for part-time students is $1,050.00 (In-State) and $2,100.00 (Out-of-State) per year.

Course-by-course tuition is $90.00 per credit hour (subject to change)


Other costs include:

Background check - $19.00 (approximately)

Drug testing - $45.00 (approximately)

O&P Technician Registry exams - $450.00 (approximately)

Textbooks - $500.00 (approximately)

Tool kits - $600.00 (approximately)

Uniforms - $200.00 (approximately)


Students may be required to pay for the following, as specified by the clinical site:

Physical exam and immunizations - $200.00 (approximately)
