Cyber Security

As communication systems become ever more complex, the skills needed to design, support, and keep those systems secure also increases. In the Cyber Security program, students learn to configure routers and switches, maintain wide area networks, and develop the processes necessary to provide the level of security that modern work demands.
In this program you will receive the training and education that will make you eligible for certification exams such as Cisco Certified Entry Network Associate (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNAS), CompTIA, Security+, A+, and Network+.
You will also have the opportunity to select optional courses in Linux. Program completers will find employment opportunities statewide, nationally, and internationally.
