Bilingual Customer Service

Overview
This program prepares bilingual students to be successful in office environments that have a need for bilingual communications. Students learn computer applications, business communications, data entry and customer assistance skills. English and Spanish language enhancement is included.

Ability to communicate in a professional manner and to establish rapport with clients and colleagues, Ability to maintain composure while working under pressure, Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish, Ability to manage projects and tasks and meet deadlines, and Basic computer knowledge

TIMES:
2 sessions:
8:00 am - 10:55 am and 12:30 pm - 3:25 pm
High school students and part-time adult students enroll in either the AM or PM session. Full-time adult students enroll in both sessions.
