Full-time students complete the program in 11.5 months. They attend 6 hours per day for theory and laboratory classes and 8 hours per day for clinical rotations. Clinical days and hours vary.
Part-time evening students complete the program in approximately 23 months. They attend 4 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, for theory and laboratory classes and 8 hours per evening for clinical rotations. Clinical days and hours vary. Occasional daytime clinical experiences are required.
Individualized Study Plan (ISP) students attend 24 hours per week and complete the program in approximately 18 months. There are no formal lecture style classes in ISP. The faculty is available to students on an individual basis Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Students must complete their weekly attendance hours during the above times. Clinical rotations are 8 hours per day between 7 am and 3 pm. Schedules vary weekly so flexibility is required.
One Plus One Nursing Education Partnership (NEP) students complete the program in 10.5 months. They attend 6 hours per day for theory and laboratory classes. Clinical hours vary between 8 and 12 hours shifts throughout the program.. Admission to the One Plus One Nursing Education Partnership is through referral from one of the community college partners only.
