Stacy J. Tiger serves as Executive Director of Organizational Quality and Student Services. She is responsible for leading enrollment services, the customer service center, financial aid and scholarships, student data services, organizational quality, strategic planning and people development.
Prior to Francis Tuttle, Stacy served as the Marketing and Public Relations Director for Oklahoma City Community College and as the Marketing Manager for Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores Corporate Office in Oklahoma City.
Stacy volunteers for numerous non-profit organizations including Special Olympics, The Downs Syndrome Society of Oklahoma City, and the YMCA. Additionally, Stacy has served as past Vice-President of the Board for YWCA Oklahoma City, and on the Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Board. She formed the Francis Tuttle Community Service Partners and Friends Program – established to build partnerships between Francis Tuttle employees and the non-profit community.
Stacy was a 2005 recipient of the Oklahoma City Business Forty Under 40 Award. She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXV and the Educator's Leadership Academy.
Stacy attended the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Community Service. Stacy is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Occupational Education.
