They work behind the scenes in hospitals and surgical centers, maintaining the highest standards of infection control and supporting surgical teams with precision and care.

Students in this program learn to inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize instruments using industry-standard equipment and procedures. Faculty provide hands-on instruction and guided lab experience, emphasizing both technical accuracy and professional responsibility.

Clinical placements in healthcare facilities allow students to apply their skills in real-world settings, gaining the hours and experience required to sit for national certification as a Sterile Processing Technician.
