Molly received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, and worked for a short time in outside sales before accepting her first recruiting and staffing position in 1997. She worked as a Staffing Branch Manager and focused on recruiting and managing employees for a variety of client companies. She also acted as Human Resources Manager for and Human Resources Generalist for several large corporations in Oklahoma City. Molly also has a Career and Technical Endorsement, from the University of Central Oklahoma. Molly joined Francis Tuttle in 2008.
