Lean 101

Principles of Lean manufacturing and live simulation

In our instructor-led Lean 101 class, trainees gain first-hand knowledge of Lean skills through a hands-on experience.

After a brief introduction, trainees work together on a Lego airplane assembly simulation that is inefficient. Then, they will learn about specific Lean tools and assemble the plane again using newly acquired skills. This learn-apply-experience cycle will take place two more times and cover all of the tools that remove waste.
