This career field can be physically demanding. Workers must have the flexibility to work while kneeling and/or bending. Prolonged working and standing is often necessary to accomplish tasks. For success in this career, you should have basic reading and math skills, the ability to make decisions, the ability to work both independently and as a team member, the ability to maintain composure while working under pressure, and the ability to multi-task.
