About this Major

Medical Office Technology is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in a medical, dental, or hospital office setting. This program specializes in administration, with an emphasis on the practice of various medical office skills. The student completes classroom work using a personal computer. A Medical Billing and Coding Specialist will train on how a doctors' office or medical office operates.
