Programming and Software Development Instructor

David Swingle teaches Programming and Software Development at the Rockwell campus. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Master of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. David previously worked as an Information Systems Coordinator at Rose State College, Oklahoma, and as an Enterprise Resource Planning Programmer/Analyst at Rose State College, both in Midwest City.
