About this Major

Students learn both JAVA and C# programming languages, two of the most popular for businesses and organizations to use. Graduates from this course will, therefore, have the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt and excel in many different industry jobs.

Mobile application development — including an intro class to the mobile app Database — is also taught in this course. Students learn how to pay attention to detail and develop an aptitude for abstract reasoning and problem-solving. Strong time management skills are also essential for any programmer.
