The mission of Francis Tuttle PTAC is to assist companies in their government contracting efforts by providing educational resources, advanced-level counseling and networking opportunities.

Our Procurement Counselor Judy Warren provides client firms with current and relevant information on procurement opportunities and contracting activities. PTAC will provide insight into the research process and coach you in the use of the information obtained.
