Employer Tuition Programs

Staff training is a significant investment for any company, and more companies are beginning to offer tuition reimbursement for their employees. Contact your company Human Resources department to inquire.

Payment Policy

It is our policy that tuition is payable on a semester or session basis. Tuition amounts are published and available through the Career Planning Center.

Regular Programs

These programs have traditionally been referred to as full-time or day-time programs. However, regular programs include some programs which are offered in the evenings and students may attend on a half-time or flexible schedule.

A regular program is one that meets the following criteria:

  • Approved by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education;
  • Meets at least three hours per session;
  • Meets four or five sessions per week;
  • Term of the class is on an 18-week semester basis or longer;
  • May be approved for student financial aid; or
  • May be approved for college credit, if a co-enrollment agreement exists.

Tuition is due prior to the start of the semester. Acceptable payment arrangements include:

  • Payment in full for the semester;
  • Approved financial aid; or
  • Approved payment plan with down-payment of 1/3 of tuition + $25 payment plan fee.
