Our Real Estate classes cover the 6 core subjects required by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Topics include OREC's Code and Rules, legal matters, ethics, fair housing, contract and forms, and many more.

Our Home Inspection courses prepare you to conduct a thorough inspection of structures and systems in both residential and commercial properties. Subjects covered include Structural, Exterior, Roof/Attic, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Plumbing, Appliances, and Interior.

Insurance
Each month, Francis Tuttle offers 24 hours of Insurance Continuing Education over the course of three days. Agents, adjusters and CSR's will gain knowledge in current issues, environment and professional responsibilities, and insurance fraud.

Not licensed? Francis Tuttle offers test prep courses to help prepare you to take the Oklahoma Examination for a life and/or health license or property/casualty license. Study materials, including the required current state manual, come with the price of tuition.
Review your Insurance Education Transcript prior to the beginning of the enrollment process to view your needed requirements. (PLEASE NOTE: Long-term Care Requirement will not be reflected). To avoid duplicating past enrollments, be sure to compare the OID numbers from your transcript with the OID numbers on courses you are considering taking. Apply today!
Workforce and Economic Development can also assist your company to develop a customized training program. For some employees, the customized training may also fulfill Continuing Education needs. Customized training may be held at your location or at one of the Francis Tuttle campus sites.
