Design Thinking Studios

Nests for new ideas where collaboration is key

The Design Thinking Studios located at Francis Tuttle's Danforth Campus will serve as a starting point for creativity.

The tools and spaces inside these hubs of innovation will support students, business leaders and burgeoning entrepreneurs and encourage collaboration. It is in this type of environment that new ideas can grow.

Our Design Thinking Studios are named for Oklahoma pioneers in business and innovation. Herman Meinders is a successful businessman and philanthropist whose vision and adoption of emerging technologies took American Floral Services from a small office with a few clients to one of the world's leading flowers-by-wire operations.

Mary Golda Ross is recognized as the first Native American woman engineer. Her work as a member of the exclusive and secretive Lockheed Skunk Group paved the way for future endeavors in aerospace and outer space.
