FAQ

Drop off and pick up points vary by campus.

  • Rockwell Campus: Drop-off and check-in will be at students' individual classrooms. Signage will be available to help point you in the right direction.
  • Portland Campus: Student drop-off and check-in will be at the East Entrance by the flagpoles.
  • Danforth Campus: Drop-off and check-in will be at the North entrance on the backside of the building.

Please note: There will be NO supervision available during drop-off and pickup times. Because of this, students may NOT be dropped off early or picked up late. It is important to arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up.

No. Students should be dropped off no earlier than 9 a.m. and picked up no later than 3 p.m.

Each class on every campus has an assigned drop off area. They are clearly marked with signage and a map and list will be mailed to the address used when you enroll your child.
Summerquest staff will meet students in the drop off areas every  morning and walk them to class. This will additionally be the place they will be escorted to at 3:00 when classes end.

Each child is responsible for bringing their own lunch or money to purchase lunch in our cafeteria. We have many “teen oriented” options for them to choose ranging from $5.50-$7.50.

Yes, but special arrangements must be made first. Parents who need to see their child's classroom should contact Summer Quest Director Katie Gallagher at 405.717.4182 or katie.gallagher@francistuttle.edu.

If you need to pick up your child before the session is over, please call 405.717.7799 or 405.717.4182. They will contact Summer Quest staff to escort your child to meet you at your vehicle.

Staff will be available throughout the day to escort your child to the correct program. If you are running late, please call 405.717.7799 or 405.717.4182 to request an escort to check in your child and take them to their classroom.

Each class costs $145.00
The classes run Tues-Fri with the exception of week 3.  Week 3 (6/17-21) students will attend Mon, Tues., Thurs., Fri.

Payment is due at the time of enrollment. If you let us know you will be unable to attend, more than three business days before the class starts, we will be happy to provide a refund for the cost of tuition. However, a supply cost of $25 is non-refundable.

Please note, if you cancel an enrollment within three business days of the first day of the class, no refund will be provided. We will be happy, though, to assist you in transferring to another class (this must occur at the time of cancellation).
