FAQ
Drop off and pick up points vary by campus.
- Rockwell Campus: Drop-off and check-in will be at students' individual classrooms. Signage will be available to help point you in the right direction.
- Portland Campus: Student drop-off and check-in will be at the East Entrance by the flagpoles.
- Danforth Campus: Drop-off and check-in will be at the North entrance on the backside of the building.
Please note: There will be NO supervision available during drop-off and pickup times. Because of this, students may NOT be dropped off early or picked up late. It is important to arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up.
No. Students should be dropped off no earlier than 9 a.m. and picked up no later than 3 p.m.
Your child will be escorted to their class. For pick up, we ask that your vehicle display Francis Tuttle signage so we know who to call for each classroom, and they will be escorted to your car. Additionally, students are escorted to lunch and back to their classrooms.
Each child is responsible for bringing their own lunch or money to purchase lunch in our cafeteria. We have many “teen oriented” options for them to choose ranging from $5.50-$7.50.
Yes, but special arrangements must be made first. Parents who need to see their child's classroom should contact Summer Quest Director Katie Gallagher at 405.717.4182 or katie.gallagher@francistuttle.edu.
If you need to pick up your child before the session is over, please call 405.717.7799 or 405.717.4182. They will contact Summer Quest staff to escort your child to meet you at your vehicle.
Staff will be available throughout the day to escort your child to the correct program. If you are running late, please call 405.717.7799 or 405.717.4182 to request an escort to check in your child and take them to their classroom.
Each class costs $120 - $150. The classes run Monday through Friday during weeks 1 and 2 and Tuesday through Friday for weeks 3 and 4. Class time is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on every class day.
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. If you let us know you will be unable to attend, more than three business days before the class starts, we will be happy to provide a refund for the cost of tuition. However, a supply cost of $25 is non-refundable.
Please note, if you cancel an enrollment within three business days of the first day of the class, no refund will be provided. We will be happy, though, to assist you in transferring to another class (this must occur at the time of cancellation).
