Career Guidance And Counseling Services

The Career Planning Center (CPC) offers a variety of services to facilitate student development in the academic, career, and personal/social areas. The CPC staff includes certified and licensed professional counselors. Short term counseling and counseling referrals are available to career training students. Information shared during counseling sessions is confidential; however, if you disclose information that pertains to child abuse or a situation that would cause imminent or foreseeable danger to yourself or others, it will be reported as required by the Counselor Code of Ethics.

The Career Planning Center offices are generally open between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday and evening by appointment. Hours will vary by campus. Advisors are available from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during daytime and by appointment for evenings as necessary. You can learn more about our Admissions Advisors by visiting their page.

Financial Assistance

The Financial Aid and Scholarships Office provides services to students who are interested in applying for Federal Student Aid (e.g., Pell Grants), state grants, scholarships, and other sources of financial aid.  For questions, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 405.717.4315 or email them at finaid@francistuttle.edu.

The Financial Aid Office is generally open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If you need assistance outside these hours, you may contact them about setting up an appointment.
