Digital Media Design

(This program was formerly known as Interactive Media)

Be a part of a dynamic and constantly evolving field that shapes how we communicate, entertain, and connect with the world.

Digital Media provides a unique opportunity for students to express themselves creatively through various media forms. Through animation, web design, video production, podcasting, or motion media, students can use these skills to tell stories, showcase their passions, and bring their ideas to life. This is where creativity meets technology.

Students can let their imaginations soar while learning to design assets to achieve a client’s goals. Resources are available to help students implement their best ideas, drawing tablets, motion capture suits, VR/AR headsets, digital cameras, lighting, and more. Students tend to have fun while learning valuable skills, and when they complete the program, they will have a digital portfolio to showcase their work.

Each student is provided with a MacBook Pro laptop and will have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. To enhance the learning experience, students can also check out equipment, such as cameras, tripods, and microphones, to use for their projects that might take place outside of class time. With these tools and resources, students will be well-equipped to produce high-quality digital content while giving them a competitive edge in the field.

Whether you want to be a filmmaker, a game designer, a photographer, or a digital marketing professional, this program can give you the tools and training you need to succeed. In our Digital Media Design program, you can create dynamic visuals that engage and inspire others. Don’t just consume media; learn to create it!
