Home Health Aide (HHA) Deeming

This 16-hour course is for a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). Students receive valuable information on the regulations, principles, and practices of the home health provider. 

The course is a self-paced flexible option format with the option to complete limited online hours via our Flexible Health Zoom Classroom. In person class hours Located at the Rockwell Campus. Students work with the instructor to create a calendar based on individual needs. The deeming process allows for additional certification through the State Nurse Aide Registry as a Home Health Aide (HHA). Student is responsible for deeming fees as well as submitting required paperwork for certification.

PREREQUISITES: Must have a current Long-Term Care Aide (LTCA) status on the State Nurse Aide Registry.
